When you access, browse, or use this Site, you accept without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set forth below. Any sub-sites accessed through this Site may have their own terms and conditions, and you agree to abide by those as well. Umrah Center reserves the right to block your access to the Site in case of any violation, actual or suspected, of one or more of these terms.

Umrah Center also reserves the full right to change, add, or edit any part or whole of these Terms of Use as well as the Privacy Policy at our discretion. You will be notified of significant changes, and your continued use of the Site affirms your agreement to the updated terms. Before using this website, kindly read these Terms carefully.

In this document, Umrah Center is referred to as "Umrah Center," "we," "our," or "us," and the end user (whether customer, traveler, vendor, agent, or any third party using the website for any purpose) is referred to as "you" or "your."

These Terms of Use and any additional terms posted on this Site together constitute the entire agreement between Umrah Center and you with respect to your use of this Site. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms. Business

The Website is a platform that facilitates the online sale and purchase of Hajj and Umrah packages, hotels, transportation, ground services, flights, visa processing, catering, forex, and related pilgrimage products ("Products"). Umrah Center is the seller of services on the Website and will be solely responsible to you for the services sold through the Website.

User Account, Password, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details upon completing registration, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to:

• Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Umrah Center cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.
• Immediately notify Umrah Center of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

Services Offered

Umrah Center provides Internet-based services through this Website (collectively, the "Service"). These services enable users to purchase packages, hotel accommodations, transportation, visa processing, catering, forex, and other pilgrimage-related products. Once a purchase is made, Umrah Center shall provide you with a confirmation and be entitled to its payment for the Services. Umrah Center does not offer refunds against any services already purchased from the Website unless the purchased product falls under our published cancellation/refund policy or an error has occurred during the purchase directly attributable to Umrah Center.

Umrah Center does not deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries or individuals in accordance with applicable Saudi and international laws.

User Conduct and Rules

You shall not use the Website for any of the following purposes:

• Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, or otherwise objectionable material.
• Transmitting material that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offence, results in civil liability, or breaches any applicable laws or regulations.
• Gaining unauthorized access to other computer systems.
• Interfering with any other person's use of the Website.
• Unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems.
• Breaching or violating any applicable local, national, or international laws.
• Interfering with or disrupting networks or websites connected to the Website.

Cancellation and Refund

Some situations may result in your purchase or booking being cancelled, including limitations on travel, emergencies, inaccuracies, or errors in pricing information. We may require further proof such as bank statements or credit/debit card statements to verify the purchase. Refunds on cancellation requests are entirely dependent on the cancellation policies applicable to the specific service booked and are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

• Cancellations can be requested by contacting our Customer Support Team.
• Whether a package is refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable depends on its specific cancellation policy.
• Flight and insurance components for holiday packages are non-refundable after the booking is paid and confirmed.
• Umrah Center reserves the right to modify or change the hotel in your reservation to another hotel of the same category in force majeure cases (overbooking, blackout dates).
• All flights are subject to the airline's conditions of carriage.
• Umrah Center does not take responsibility for visa services or immigration requirements beyond the processing scope. The customer must ensure they carry the relevant immigration documents.
• Refunds will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Copyright and Trademark

Umrah Center reserves all intellectual property rights in all text, products, processes, technology, content, and other materials that appear on this Website. Access to this Website does not confer and shall not be considered as conferring upon anyone any license under any of Umrah Center's or any third party's intellectual property rights. All rights, including copyright, in this Website are owned by or licensed to Umrah Center.

Any use of this Website or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Umrah Center. You may not modify, distribute, or re-post anything on this Website for any purpose.

This includes but is not limited to breach of any warranties, representations, or undertakings, violation of applicable laws, Intellectual Property Rights infringement, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claims of libel, defamation, violation of privacy or publicity rights, and infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

You shall not be entitled to any compensation, damages, or relief from Umrah Center or any of its associates for any loss suffered due to the failure of any booking not being honoured by a third-party service provider (airline, hotel, transport operator, etc.). Umrah Center acts as an intermediary and booking facilitator and shall not be responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers beyond its direct control.

Pricing

Prices for products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are displayed in INR, SAR, or other applicable currencies. Umrah Center uses live forex rates for currency conversion, and the final price may vary slightly based on the rate at the time of transaction. Prices, products, and Services may change at Umrah Center's discretion. Promotional pricing, where applicable, is valid only for the stated duration and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly mentioned.

Terms for Promotions, Contests, Offers, and Campaigns

• Discounts will be applied to the total product value excluding VAT, service fees, and applicable taxes.
• Discount coupons may be offered to account holders and may only be applied to purchases made through the account to which the coupon was registered.
• Umrah Center reserves the right to introduce various offers, schemes, or contests at different times, with terms posted separately on the Site.
• Umrah Center reserves the right to change, modify, add, or delete any terms and conditions of promotional schemes at any time, and may withdraw a particular scheme at its discretion.
• By participating in any Umrah Center contest, you agree to release and hold Umrah Center (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand arising out of or related to your participation.

Terms and Conditions for Visa Services

By applying for a visa through Umrah Center, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All information you provide is true and reliable. You pledge to abide by the laws and rules of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and respect the customs and Islamic traditions during your stay.
• Saudi authorities have the right to deny entry or deport you if you do not comply with the rules and laws, or if the information under which you received your visa is proven to be incorrect.
• All intoxicating substances, narcotic drugs, indecent materials, and publications contrary to Islam are prohibited in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• You have never been deported from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or any GCC country, nor violated their rules.
• You pledge to abide by the kind of visa provided, its terms and duration, and shall leave the country before the visa expires. Violation of visa rules may subject you to penalties under Saudi law.
• You acknowledge the right of Saudi authorities to repatriate you at your own expense or apply penalties if false documents or statements were submitted to obtain a visa.
• You acknowledge that drug dealing or smuggling drugs into the Kingdom is a crime punishable by death penalty.
• You shall declare any cash or precious metals worth SAR 60,000 or more, or equivalent foreign currencies, while entering or departing the Kingdom, and pay any due customs duties and taxes.
• Giving a bribe of any amount is classified as a criminal offense in Saudi Arabia, subject to imprisonment or fine or both.
• If any information is proven incorrect or your name appears on a prohibited list, your request shall be rejected, your visa cancelled automatically, or you shall not be allowed entry. You acknowledge the right of Saudi authorities to deport you at your own expense with no right to claim compensation.
• All fee payments made for "Umrah E-Visa Processing" are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For Indian-departure services, applicable Indian laws shall also apply. Disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
